Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy: The was the first disorder I
was diagnosed with. It is one of the most painful
neurological disorders which causes the nerves to
maintain pain instead of normal functions. I had torn a
muscle while running and it caused this disorder. I spent
a year in bed and I couldn't put my foot on
the floor or even have wind touch my foot. My toe was
literally frozen and all my toenails were blue. My foot was
cold and pallid.
